Race card
This week we had a problem customer who actually said to my coworker "Don't force me to play the race card" when the customer did not get their way. Excuse me? Was that a threat? Does saying no to someone who is of a different race equate racism always? I fail to see how applying all the same rules to all customers discriminates against minorities. She can knock herself out suing the company for racism.
By the way: if you wish to sound like a credible witness of discrimination against yourself, then do not change your story 5 times when complaining to the manager and do not have a history of complaining on every car you rent (yes we can look that up).Post later. Genie out.
