If you never rented a car before, please ask questions. I had a elderly woman who wanted to know what she was signing, but was afraid of looking stupid. I told her I would answer any question she had. I even asked if she wanted me to explain everything on the contract and did, every paragraph in layman's terms. If you think that I think you are stupid for not knowing how everything works, I am really thinking you are uptight and need to calm down.

Think of it this way: I am paid to service customers. It is my job to answer questions and fix errors. You are not annoying me with questions. Ask away. Genie out.
