Cell phone rentals

I am usually a calm person who shocks coworkers at the slightest display of anger, but I do have a pet peeve I really hate: customers who speak on their cell phones throughout the entire rental process. These people more often than not get angry with me for waiting for them to get off their cell phones. My apologies for my politeness by not interupting your conversation. And my apologies for my selfishness wanting your full attention. Plus, usually they are not listening to me which means they come back for a map, or demand an explanation of the total, or explain again where the cars are located. One lady actually snapped at me for asking her questions because another car rental just hands her the keys and contract so she can go find her car immediately. One man ended his phone call as I waited patiently to ask him something and called up another number as I spoke. That is very irritating. If these people paid attention the first time around, they would be less angry later and not have to come back. Post later. Genie out.
